Role Description

This is a full time contract remote role for a Senior Search Engine Optimization Manager to lead and execute our SEO strategy for a fast-growing, content-driven digital health platform. Our platform connects users with global healthcare providers, travel partners, hospitals, and wellness services—empowering consumers to take control of their health journey.

As we look to scale rapidly toward 500,000+ monthly users, we are looking for someone who not only understands SEO for high-traffic, complex websites but also stays ahead of the curve with AI-driven search trends and optimization strategies.

Role

  • Own the full SEO strategy across technical, content, and off-page SEO.
  • Audit and optimize to support platform scalability.
  • Conduct deep keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Guide and coordinate with content, product, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Develop strategies tailored for AI-driven search (e.g., SGE, zero-click searches, conversational AI).
  • Build and manage link-building initiatives and digital PR efforts.
  • Identify emerging trends in search and recommend forward-looking strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SEO experience, ideally with large, content-heavy or marketplace platforms.
  • SEO Audits, Keyword Research, and Link Building skills
  • Web Analytics and Marketing skills
  • Experience in search engine optimization strategies
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other SEO tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Certifications in SEO or related fields are a plus
  • Comfort working independently and proactively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or consumer health industries is a strong bonus.
