Job Title: Storage Engineer – NetApp (L3)Location: MumbaiPayroll: TECEZEEmployment Type: Full-timeShift: RotationalWeekly Off: Depending on workloadJoining Timeline: ImmediateRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced NetApp L3 Storage Engineer to manage and support mission-critical, high-availability storage environments for a regulated financial exchange environment. The role involves day-to-day storage operations, performance tuning, and ensuring zero-downtime for trading-critical applications.Key Responsibilities:Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot NetApp ONTAP storage systems (FAS/ AFF) across primary DC and DR sites.Configure and manage volumes, LUNs, SVMs, SnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapLock, and deduplication/compression features.Handle storage provisioning, tiering, and performance optimization for low-latency trading applications.Participate in storage capacity planning, DR drills, and failover testing for high-availability environments.Collaborate with server, network, and application teams for seamless integration and performance tuning.Implement backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies in compliance with SEBI/BFSI standards.Maintain documentation, runbooks, and RCA reports for audits and regulatory compliance.Support storage upgrades, firmware updates, and patching in scheduled maintenance windows.Technical Requirements:8+ years hands-on experience with NetApp storage systems (ONTAP/FAS/AFF) in enterprise DC environments.Strong knowledge of NAS & SAN storage protocols (NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, FC).Experience with SnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapLock, MetroCluster, and high-availability configurations.Familiarity with backup/restore, replication, DR strategies, and performance tuning.Exposure to financial trading/BFSI networks or regulated low-latency DC environments.ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management experience.Preferred Certifications:NetApp NCDA / NCIE / NCSIEITIL Foundation
