Job Overview:

Kalrashukla Classes is looking for an Education Counsellor across our Mumbai coaching classes. We have branches in Borivali, Parle, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane, Kalyan and Pune. You'll oversee the branch's day-to-day operations, handle new admission enquiries, handle walk-ins for admission and interact closely with parents and students to create a supportive learning environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and teachers, helping them feel supported every step of the way.
  2. Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  3. You'll work closely with the Mumbai Business Head & make sure the branch meets its business goals. 
  4. Monitor budgets and performance to ensure the branch remains profitable.
  5. Ensure the branch follows all company policies and educational standards.
  6. Monitor the branch's performance and take proactive steps to improve when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A bachelor's degree in science or business administration is preferred, or a related field.
  2. A Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams, sales, marketing and customer support.  (educational experience is a bonus).
  3. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
  4. Good English language skills, both written and verbal. 
  5. Good personality and smartly dressed.
