An average user interacts with Appnext device-level app recommendations +20 times a day throughout his daily mobile journey.We seek a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Visual Designer to join our marketing team.Job description:The primary responsibility will be to engage the relevant audience through creatives, further increasing user engagement. The candidate should be able to work with a broad range of subjects and styles. The candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess UI skills, and translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Design Team: Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to create visual assets for various projects, including social media content, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.Design Creation: Assist in producing visual content (e.g., graphics, layouts, icons, banners, etc.) while ensuring brand consistency and high visual quality.Branding and Visual Identity: Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the company's visual identity and values.Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Create basic motion graphics and video content for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms. Edit video clips, incorporate animations, and integrate motion design to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.Adapt and Implement Feedback: Work iteratively, revising designs based on feedback from senior designers and other team members.Qualifications:Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a design-related role, with a portfolio showcasing various design projects.Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro), Figma, or other design tools.Must be familiar with video editing and basic motion graphics design.Basic knowledge of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design and user interface (UI) basics.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with tight deadlineSolid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Ability to take direction and work within brand guidelines.Communication: Proficiency in English, communicating efficiently with people from different regions. Ability to present design ideas and rationale to both design and non-design teams.Location - Gurugram
