We are on the lookout for a passionate and strategic FX Business Development Manager proficient in Hindi to join our foreign exchange team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements and successfully close deals.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across various functions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in both Hindi (C1 level) and English (C1 level).
  • A well-established portfolio of active FX clients with the capability to expand the network rapidly.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales objectives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading.
  • Strong aptitude for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven experience in the Forex industry (3–4 years) and an active client portfolio.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
