Join us as a Witron Logistics IT Lead and take charge of implementing, configuring, and supporting cutting-edge automated logistics solutions in a dynamic CPG/Retail distribution center environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead deployment and operational support for Witron automated logistics and material flow systems.Manage a team handling system implementations, daily technical support, and performance optimization across multiple sites.Collaborate with business stakeholders, PLC engineers, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between automation and IT systems.Provide technical leadership during commissioning and ramp-up phases.Support effort estimations, RFI/RFP processes, and logistics automation projects.Must-Have SkillsWitron IT systems expertise (WMS, WCS, PLC integration)Automated warehouse/logistics systems experienceERP/WMS integrationDatabase management (Oracle, SQL)Industrial communication protocolsTechnical ExperienceFull lifecycle experience with Witron solutions (implementation, configuration, support)Strong troubleshooting and operational support skillsKnowledge of material handling equipment integration and PLC/SCADA communicationDatabase management proficiency (Oracle/MS SQL)Professional AttributesExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and proactive approachEducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldGood to HaveExperience with other COTS logistics/MES solutionsKnowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and data analyticsAgile project experience
