Our company client is a AeroTech (Spacecraft) in a Growth stage looking forward to meeting our ambitious tech nomad candidate client to be part of this vision, mission and purposeRole ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time remote role for a CEO in the AeroTech industry, based in the India.The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the company, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning.Key duties include developing and executing business strategies, managing company resources, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of the company.Required QualificationsFinance and Operations Management skillsBusiness Planning and Strategic Planning experienceStrong Sales and Business Development capabilitiesExceptional leadership and communication skillsProven track record in executive management rolesExperience in the AeroTech or Spacecraft industry is a plusRelevant advanced degree preferred, such as MBA or related fieldCompensationBase: $250K/yr - OTE: $500K/yrBase: 50% OTE - Variable: 50% OTEFixed pay: Base salary - Variable pay: Bonus + Commission + Profit sharing + Preferred shares (Equity)
