Must Have:
- 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years working within the Salesforce Ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Agentforce, and Experience Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce’s MarTech stack, including data modeling, segmentation, profile unification, and automation within SFMC & Data Cloud
- Experience configuring connectors for inbound and outbound data flows in Salesforce Data Cloud & SFMC
- Hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, integration patterns (Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs), and security best practices
- Expertise in designing solutions that scale across Salesforce Clouds, ensuring automation and high performance
- Experience leading technical teams in successful CDP & SFMC implementations
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences sectors.
- Experience working with downstream site analytics engines (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and social media management tools
- Familiarity with integration methodologies and techniques, including building custom APIs for integrations between CDP and source systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration, analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Customer Data Platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Take charge of the technical delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless and successful implementations from a technical perspective.
- Lead the integration of diverse technologies with Salesforce Data Cloud, covering data modeling, architecture, and cross-product data mapping.
- Design and build advanced customizations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Work on Agentforce, designing and developing AGENTs solutions leveraging the full Salesforce technology stack
- Work closely with both internal and external teams to identify data gaps and propose effective implementation strategies.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for CDPs and enable integrations with other platforms like AWS Pinpoint, Oracle Cloud, and SFMC.
- Perform data profiling on existing marketing datasets, establishing data governance frameworks and standardization protocols.
- Oversee and manage technical project teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with clients to evaluate the trade-offs between configuration and coding approaches.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce's latest innovations and incorporate new features to enhance business operations and customer engagement.
