Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: Full time Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree from a reputed institute is a must

Experience: Prior experience in higher education administration, quality assurance, or accreditation roles is a must

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with accrediting bodies, faculty, and staff.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of Accreditation Standards: Familiarity with the standards and requirements of major accrediting bodies relevant to business schools.

**** ***Note: Sound understanding required of the overall management education system in the country. Candidates having know - how of NEP( National Education Policy) , OBE(Outcome Based Education) along with hands-on experience and understanding of AICTE compliance, NBA accreditation, NIRF ranking would be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

Accreditation Strategy and Planning

  • Formulate strategies for obtaining and maintaining accreditation from specific bodies such as AICTE, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, AACSB etc.
  • Keep track of accreditation renewal dates, review cycles, and key milestones.

Compliance

  • Make sure that the business school's programs and operations comply with the standards set by accreditation organizations.
  • Stay current with changes in accreditation criteria and standards for business schools.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Compile and write detailed self-assessment reports, annual updates, and other documentation required by accrediting agencies.
  • Organize and maintain records of all accreditation-related documents and evidence.

Coordination and Communication

  • Act as the point of contact between the business school and accrediting agencies.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure compliance and gather necessary data.

Quality Assurance and Improvement

  • Oversee internal reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement in terms of accreditation/rating/ranking related to AICTE/NBA/NIRF etc.
  • Help implement and monitor changes based on feedback from accreditation reviews.

Training and Support

  • Provide training on accreditation requirements, processes, and best practices.
  • Assist academic departments in preparing for accreditation reviews and addressing any compliance issues.
