We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our brand management and marketing efforts.


Location: Mandvi, Kutch, Gujarat (with travel to and from Mumbai).

Experience: 4 to 8 years.


Responsibilities:


  • Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Communication Leadership: Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all channels.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Public Relations: Manage PR initiatives to build and maintain a positive public image.
  • 360 Marketing: Lead integrated marketing campaigns that encompass traditional and digital media.
  • Content Strategy: Drive content-driven decision-making to create impactful marketing materials and messaging.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Website Management: Oversee website content and design to ensure it aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.


Must have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
    MBA preferred.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in brand management and marketing.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and PR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Mumbai and Kutch.
