Shift Timing: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Transport: Both-side cab facility available

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the role of Voice Process

Executive (Trainee). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations and project-related tasks.
  • Conduct online research to gather required information from various websites.
  • In cases where information is unavailable online, contact service providers in the US to obtain necessary details.
  • Learn and apply industry-specific skills under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate to the hiring zones.
  • Open to signing a one-year employment bond.

Compensation

  • During Probation: ₹22,000 gross (₹17,000 in hand)
  • Post Probation: ₹25,000 gross
