Full-timePosition Overview: We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing IT staffing company. As the first sales hire, you'll work to build our client base and establish foundational sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a significant impact and grow with a company.Essential Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research toolsBuild and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects matching our ideal customer profileExecute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedInSchedule and coordinate qualified sales meetings for the executive teamDocument all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records in CRMQualify prospects based on established criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)Develop deep understanding of prospects' business challengesCreate and refine prospecting templates and approachesTrack, analyze, and report on outreach performance metricsCollaborate with team to improve targeting and messagingStay current on IT staffing industry trendsRequired Qualifications:3+ years of B2B sales development experience in IT StaffingProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding SDR metricsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with CRM systems and sales toolsExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platformsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesBachelor's degree preferredPreferred Experience:Experience selling to HR, IT, or C-level decision makersKnowledge of sales engagement platformsHistory of building successful prospecting cadencesUnderstanding of IT staffing market trendsKey Competencies:Self-motivated with strong initiativeExcellent research and problem-solving skillsResilient and adaptableDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProfessional presence and business acumenAbility to work independently while meeting team goalsCompensation:Base Salary: MarketCommission/Bonus: Uncapped, based on meetings set and opportunity conversionGrowth Opportunity:High performers will have opportunity to:Advance to Account Executive roleBuild and lead future SDR teamShape company's sales strategy and processesDevelop expertise in IT staffing market
