We are building a diverse, global team of visionaries and changemakers to propel our movement and transform digital wellness.Role – What You’ll Do:Architect and optimize robust streaming workflows leveraging AWS Media Services (MediaLive, MediaConvert, MediaPackage, MediaStore, IVS, CloudFront)Design high-quality encoding/transcoding for VOD and live streamingImplement advanced DRM/content protection (Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady)Integrate features for interactive live streaming: latency tuning, chat overlays, synchronized data feedsMonitor and troubleshoot video delivery: QoE metrics, buffering, bitrates, CDN performanceCollaborate with OTT teams (web, mobile, smart TV) to ensure flawless adaptive bitrate streamingOptimize cost/quality decisions: encoding ladders, storage, CDN setupWhat We’re Looking For:Deep hands-on expertise in AWS Media Services and OTT streaming architectureAdvanced skills with codecs/formats: H.264, H.265/HEVC, AV1, MPEG-DASH, HLS, CMAFExperience with low-latency streaming: LL-HLS, WebRTC, SRT, RTMPKnowledge of content security: DRM, encrypted delivery, tokenized URLs, geo-blockingStrong grasp of ABR encoding ladders and QoE optimizationCDN integration experience (CloudFront, Akamai, Fastly)Scripting (Python, Bash, Node.js) for automation and monitoringBackground in OTT application/platform development is a strong plusNice To Have:Interest in digital wellbeing, healthtech, or mission-driven streaming platformsExperience deploying scalable, global multi-region workflowsPassion for innovation, collaboration, and impactful user experiencesWhat We Offer:Remote-first flexibility and a supportive, mindful culturePurpose-driven work on a world-class wellness platformGrowth opportunities and competitive packagesA chance to shape the future of soul-centric streamingReady to help us stream the future of global wellbeing?Send your CV to info@platonix.ch or DM us on
