Why we need this role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic lead HR Operations to be a part of India HR Operations team. Incumbent will be responsible for execution and delivery of core operational HR Services and HR Projects. The person should possess In-depth experience around HR analytics/ reporting, SAP/ Success Factor, Compliance, Labour laws, Benefits (Insurance and others), Managing Employee life cycle, HR policies management, managing HR Audits and Vendor management. The candidate should be able to work with limited supervision, is a self-starter, highly adaptable to change, and enjoy the challenges of working in fast paced environment.

What you will do:
  • Serve as a lead HR Operations specialist within the HR India operations team to provide relevant and effective HR Operations services to business within India (Gurgaon)
  • Lead HR projects to improve, streamline and transform/ automate our processes and operations
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in India. This may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies
  • Analysing HR data and preparing HR reports and dashboard for Sr. leadership and assist in decision making
  • Utilizes tools and resources to track, document SOP's and make recommendations for refining, streamlining and improving tools and their usage to improve future documentation needs/ RACI documentation
  • Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in India. This may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies
  • Review employment practices to ensure compliance with internal policies/procedures and external laws/regulations
  • Management of internal and external HR audit like ISMS, BCMS and Health and safety requirements
  • Benefit administration (Insurance policies, Employee Wellbeing initiatives)
  • HR policy support, Management and timely updation of India HR Policies and processes. 
  • Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee queries
  • Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function HRBP's, employees and vendors.
  • Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes
  • Responsible for ensuring proper use of vendor management of HR services/operations providers within the India 
  • Assists in communication and training materials, event planning, ongoing HR initiatives
     
What we're looking for

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 
  • A minimum of 6 years of human resource management experience.  Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years progressive experience in HR operations in India
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices and policies
  • Experience in supervising a team of HR professionals
  • Exposure to HR transformation program with Change Management skills 
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and India employment-related regulations
  • Strong Project Management and Transitioning skills with respect to organization, prioritization and time management. Experience of managing HR projects
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning
  • Strong HR analytical and Presentation skills. Excellent command in Excel (Advance excel, Macros etc..) 
  • Working knowledge of Success Factors or other HCM system. Strong understanding of Success factors
