The candidate should be able to source and analyze various points of data to establish findings. Our research explores and explains how individuals and ‘individuals in a collective’ define purpose, generate ideas, make choices, allocate resources, implement decisions and realize their personal and shared purpose. The role involves taking an active part in on-going research projects in various stages from conception to completion and publication under faculty guidance and supervision.. Qualifications ·      Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills ·      Proficiency in AI aided research for sourcing, analyzing and presenting data based findings ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of statistical analysis software. ·      Strong work ethic and passion for research Master's degree (MA, MSc or an MBA) with 1 - 2 years of work experience Responsibilities ·      Assist the faculty in quantitative and qualitative research ·      Utilize wide range of resources to conduct quality research, both primary as well as secondary ·      Design and conduct experiments ·      Solve problems as they arise and establish solutions ·      Write insights-based reports ·      Maintain database of results and other data points ·      Follow regulatory & ethical practices around conducting research Positions (Three) Economics Finance Market Research Compensation and Benefits In line with the person’s background and experience and referenced to a similar position in a university or an IIM.
