Job Description:

URVA Consulting is hiring for the Liaison Lead / Executive / Assistant Manager position on behalf of CKPC Properties , a fast-growing real estate and tech park development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all external approvals, NOCs, and compliance activities through effective coordination with various government bodies and regulatory authorities.

This role demands a proactive, well-connected professional who can manage submissions, follow-ups, and ensure timely clearances for project development.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with government bodies including BDA, BBMP, KIADB, RERA, etc.

Prepare and submit proposals and secure NOC approvals for projects

Liaise with authorities such as the Tahsildar, DC, and Town Planning departments

Track and manage the renewal of approvals and compliance documentation

Maintain follow-ups with departments for timely project permissions and legal clearances

Update internal teams on regulatory developments and requirements

Mandatory Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of liaison experience in real estate or infrastructure projects

Well-versed with local regulatory procedures, formats, and approval processes

Strong contacts within key departments such as BDA, BBMP, KIADB, and DC office

Organized in tracking submissions, renewals, and follow-ups

Proficiency in Kannada is essential for effective liaison with local authorities

Work Details:

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: On-Site
