Role Overview:

This role is focused on new client acquisition —ideal for a hunter mentality with a passion for building relationships, selling IT staffing solutions, and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development – Identify, target, and secure new IT staffing clients across Direct Clients, VC-funded ISVs, Software Providers, System Integrators (SIs), MNCs, MSPs, and VMS/MSP programs.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Meet and exceed quarterly and annual staffing sales quotas.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building – Establish strong relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, procurement teams, VMS/MSP program managers, and SI partners.
  • Landing & Expanding Strategy – Develop new client accounts and drive business growth across multiple departments, business units, and geographies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of IT Staffing Sales/Business Development experience (IT Consulting or Staff Augmentation).
  • Experience engaging with System Integrators (SIs), Global MNCs, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Direct SMB Clients to place IT talent.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement (quarterly and annually).
