Client Servicing Manager

You’re someone who’s spent a decade (or more) navigating the beautiful chaos of agencies — turning briefs into business impact, clients into partners, and projects into case studies. Your role: Lead client relationships with maturity, empathy, and business sense — not just responsiveness. Work closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to translate marketing objectives into integrated digital campaigns. Anticipate what clients need (even before they say it). Mentor the servicing team and help shape a culture of proactive problem-solving. Drive growth through trust, strategic insight, and tangible outcomes. You should have: Minimum 10 years of agency-side experience managing large accounts or brands. The ability to decode client problems and reframe them into marketing opportunities.
