Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on IT Manager to manage and support all IT operations at Dadu's. This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day IT functioning across our retail, production, and office operations while also developing and implementing new technology solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting & Support
  • Provide quick resolution for hardware, networking, and software issues across outlets, factory, and office.
  • Manage POS systems, billing software, CCTV, printers, and other operational IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update ERP/POS integrations and ensure data security & backup systems are in place.
  • Infrastructure & Security
  • Oversee server, storage, and networking infrastructure.
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance, firewalls, and data protection.
  • Solution Development
  • Work with management to identify operational bottlenecks and build IT solutions.
  • Implement automation tools, digital dashboards, and analytics for business intelligence.
  • Explore and deploy cost-effective cloud and SaaS solutions.
  • Vendor & Team Management
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Train staff on IT systems and ensure smooth adoption of new tools.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT management experience (preferably in Retail / FMCG / Hospitality sector).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac, Networking, Printers, POS).
  • Experience with ERP/POS systems (e.g., Tally, PetPooja, or similar).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Ability to design & implement IT-driven business solutions.
  • Strong communication & vendor management skills.
