Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to drive targeted marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and deepen engagement with high-value accounts. This role demands experience in experiential marketing, analyst relations, social media execution, and performance reporting. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create personalized campaigns for priority accounts.
Key Responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns tailored for key enterprise accounts.
- Design account-specific content journeys and messaging aligned with buyer personas.
- Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and co-develop engagement strategies.
Experiential Events & Thought Leadership
- Plan and execute experiential and industry-specific events (roundtables, CXO dinners, webinars).
- Partner with event and content teams to deliver personalized experiences for top-tier prospects.
- Support logistics, branding, and post-event follow-up strategies.
Analyst Relations
- Coordinate interactions with key industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, Everest, etc.).
- Support briefing documents, research submissions, and scheduling analyst engagements.
- Track and report analyst mentions and competitive positioning.
Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Curate and execute social media content aligned with ABM themes and target accounts.
- Drive engagement and amplification across platforms like and X (Twitter).
- Partner with design and content teams to build custom creatives for target personas.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop performance dashboards for ABM campaigns and report on KPIs (engagement, MQLs, influenced pipeline).
- Analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize future outreach.
- Track ROI on events, analyst activities, and content engagement by account.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in ABM or targeted demand generation.
- Proven experience in running experiential events and executive engagements.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and B2B content strategy.
- Experience in coordinating analyst interactions and submissions.
- Proficient in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of the technology or digital transformation industry.
- Familiarity with intent data tools like Bombora or 6sense.
- Experience in working in a global marketing environment.
