You will manage the daily social media operations for HIPCASTLE across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and X. The job is fast-paced, creative, and hands-on. You will plan, post, engage, and find new ways to grow our community every single day. Who We’re Looking For: We want someone motivated, ambitious, and grounded in a growth mindset. Someone who brings energy, creativity, and consistency to the table. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setup, managing multiple things at once, and being part of a team that’s obsessed with improvement. Your Day at HIPCASTLE Social Operations Post daily across all platforms 1 feed post with quality check before publishing 2 to 3 stories 1 reel with daily monitoring and quick optimizations Keep the content calendar updated and in sync with the design and shoot teams Engagement Reply to comments and DMs quickly and professionally Target 50 to 100 meaningful comment interactions and 20 to 25 DMs daily Join conversations, reply with personality, and keep the community active Coordination and Planning Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan weekly content Ensure timelines, captions, and visuals are ready in advance Handle approvals, reminders, and uploads efficiently Hunt and Partnerships Spend time daily identifying potential collaborators and partners Source around 5 models, 10 barter leads, and 5 club or brand partners each day Maintain a record of outreach and follow-ups Growth and Ideas Spend an hour daily studying trends, generating fresh ideas, and pitching them Track what works, share insights, and help shape our tone of voice Communication and Support Dedicate time each day to follow up on tasks, communicate with teams, and handle updates Support shoots, events, and campaigns when required Ensure posting continues even on holidays or event days What we Expect from You Strong awareness of social media trends and pop culture Excellent communication and coordination skills Organized, punctual, and detail oriented Familiar with management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite, content creation tools such as Canva, and analytics tools like Google Analytics or the native analytics Basic photo or video editing knowledge is a plus Ability to multitask and maintain consistency What You'll Get Real-time exposure to how a fashion brand grows digitally Creative freedom with mentorship and feedback Certificate of internship and opportunity for full-time placement based on performance Stipend discussed during the interview How to Apply Send your resume and three content ideas for HIPCASTLE to Use the subject line: Social Media Intern-HIPCASTLE Freshers are welcome
