Job Title: Sales Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executives in the Education Loan department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate revenue through new customer acquisition for education loans for studies overseas and India.
- Supervise and control the coordination of house visits for self/team and assign leads to individual loan officers.
- Visit/mMeet students with their parents, address queries on education loan offerings/process clarity, and support loan officers in client visits.
- Meet assigned channel partners regularly, generate leads/referrals for new business acquisition.
- Coordinate lead generation from login to sanction, sanction to disbursement, and post-sales service.
- Deliver quality customer service, generate referrals from existing customers.
- Graduate in any stream, MBA in Marketing and Finance preferred.
- 2-8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Team worker.
