Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager at Cloudi's Pune location. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the coworking space, engage with members, ensure a high standard of service delivery, and work to foster a collaborative and productive community environment. Additional responsibilities include organizing and hosting events, addressing member needs, maintaining the space’s ambiance and functionality, and supporting business development activities. Qualifications Skills in community management, communication, and relationship building to foster a supportive and inclusive community environment Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution to facilitate engaging activities and networking opportunities Administrative and operational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in customer service and team collaboration to address member needs and provide high-quality experiences Working knowledge of marketing and social media platforms is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field Ability to work independently and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
