This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate financial records and perform general ledger reconciliations.Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, in compliance with company policies.Ensure timely closure of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Monitor cash flow, fund management, and expense tracking for effective financial planning.Taxation & ComplianceEnsure timely filing of GST and TDS returns, along with reconciliation and reporting.Assist in income tax calculations and return filings for the company.Monitor statutory compliance with tax authorities and regulatory bodies.Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for periodic audits and financial reviews.Accounts Payable & Receivable ManagementProcess vendor invoices, payments, and reimbursements while maintaining proper documentation.Track client payments, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely receipt of dues.Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to maintain accuracy.Budgeting & Financial AnalysisAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts based on business requirements.Conduct cost analysis and financial risk assessments to support decision-making.Generate periodic MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance insights.Payroll & Employee ReimbursementsAssist in salary processing, provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), and tax deductions.Ensure timely payment of employee reimbursements and vendor dues.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA in Finance preferred).Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounts, or compliance roles.Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.Knowledge of Indian Taxation: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial compliance laws.Proficiency in MS Excel: Strong command over functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective measures.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.Communication Skills: Strong ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.Why Join Registerkaro?Career Growth: Opportunity to work in a fast-growing organization with ample learning and professional development prospects.Dynamic Work Environment: Exposure to a diverse range of financial operations and compliance functions.Competitive Compensation: Salary aligned with industry standards and experience.Challenging and Rewarding Work: Opportunity to contribute to the financial efficiency and compliance of a rapidly expanding business.
