Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve ad sales and bulk ticket sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and advertising agencies.
  • Sell cinema on-screen & off-screen ad inventory, and other media solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to manage inventory for maximum profitability.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
  • Track competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure 100% collection of outstanding payments.
  • Handle client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Age-33 yrs max.
  • Manager: 5-7 years in advertising/media/marketing sales (cinema, radio, print, OOH, digital).
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication in English & local language.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred (mandatory for Manager role).
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings (field sales role).
