Overview of the position

The Quality System Coordinator for QMS COE will be based in Bangalore, India. The position will support the Quality System Manager in overseeing quality management systems across various sites. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in quality systems (BRC, FSSC22000, etc.) within the food industry and intermediate knowledge in data analytics, visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), databases (MySQL, Power Query), and programming languages (Python, etc.).. This position directly reports to the Quality System Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Project Support: coordinate with all site teams across ofi to deploy global initiatives (on the QuEST platform, including DMS, KPI management, Global internal audit, VQM, etc.) and follow up to ensure all initiatives are successfully implemented.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data from all sites and upload it to the QuEST KPI system. Support Quality System Manager in reviewing and analysing collected data to ensure data accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Report and Dashboard Preparation: Prepare quality and food safety reports and dashboards on a monthly basis. Ensure reports are shared to relevant teams on time.
  • System Document Standardization: Support in standardizing system documents.
  • Other projects assigned by Quality System Manager.

Experience & Qualification

  • A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or Data Analytics.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality systems within the food industry.
  • Intermediate knowledge in data analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Intermediate in database languages (MySQL, Power Query).
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good level of attention to detail.
