Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks, strengthen product quality, and enhance testing strategies across our software platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, proven experience in Agile environments, and preferably exposure to AI/ML-based systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce quality best practices across the SDLC.
  • Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely;
    assist in triaging and troubleshooting.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback and faster releases.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test cases and automation code.
  • Contribute to performance, load, and security testing efforts when required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright, WebDriver.
  • Solid programming/scripting experience in Python, TypeScript or C#.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.G., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression, smoke, UAT, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/ML-based applications or platforms.
  • Experience with test data generation and validation for large datasets.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and testing in distributed systems.
