Welcome to the future.JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES MANAGERThe Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of real estate Channel Partners, Direct Sales Teams, developing sales strategies, motivating their team to achieve sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, providing training and support, generate detailed sales reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement and ensure successful property listings and sales within a designated area, all while maintaining client relationships and market knowledge.Required skills for a Sales Manager:l Strong leadership and motivational skillsl Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsl In-depth knowledge of the local real estate marketl Sales and negotiation expertisel Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisionsl Proven track record of successful sales performancel Plan and direct sales team trainingl Setting sales targets and goalsl Ability to achieve growth and exceed sales targets as per timelinesEducation and Experience Requirements:l Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administrationl MBA preferredl Eightto ten years of over all sales experience.l Two to three years of experience as sales manager in Real Estate selling Luxury Villas /Apartments would be an advantagel Proven track record of excellent sales performancel Language proficiency in English,Telugu& Hindi is a mustCompensation:Salary will be at par with the industry + PLI ( Performance Linked Incentives )Job Type: Full-time
