Located in Hyderabad, a professionally managed real estate development company with a presence in Telangana and Karnataka, and having a background of 20 years and 50 crores turnover, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Marketing/Sales department.

Male or Female with good communication skills and proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required.

Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Industry.

1. Identifying Purchasing Needs/ Receiving MRN from sites

2. Identifying potential vendors

3. Evaluate quotes from vendors and negotiate for the best possible price

4. Preparing P.O.s

5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery

6. Maintain database in excel

7. Coordinate with site staff for Bills/Invoices

8. Submitting Invoices to Accounts with all supportive documents

9. Stock audit monthly

10. MIS reports

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
