This role automates operational processes, reduces manual intervention, and strengthens incident response across complex environments. With expertise in infrastructure, scripting, cloud services, and observability, the Site Reliability Engineer plays a key role in maintaining system uptime and driving continuous improvements in performance and deployment workflows.What You’ll Do:Automate processes to enhance system reliability and scalabilityImplement proactive monitoring and maintenance to prevent incidentsStreamline CI/CD and development-to-deployment workflowsDevelop tools and scripts that reduce manual operational effortsRespond to incidents, manage root cause analysis, and minimize service disruptionContinuously research and adopt new technologies for performance gainsPartner with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end system performanceSupport other duties and technical projects as required by leadershipWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field2–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud-native infrastructure rolesProven ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelinesExperience with cloud-native platforms and technologies (e.G., AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong scripting skills (e.G., Python, Bash) and systems troubleshootingKnowledge of Agile principles and automation best practicesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsCertifications (preferred): CKA, AWS DevOps Engineer, SRE FoundationMust Have Skills:Monitoring Tools – AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Prometheus, GrafanaPerformance Testing – K6, LoadRunner, JMeter, GatlingAPI Testing -Postman, Karate or any other API Testing toolNice To Have:Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container technologiesUnderstanding of service-level objectives (SLOs), SLIs, and error budgetsExperience in cloud migration and cloud-native systems architectureBackground in performance, security, or availability testing practices
