Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success, and recognition. Some of Trianz' built IP in data and analytics was acquired by Amazon. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partner of Amazon for building/supporting connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to spearhead our AWS Data Observability Connectors project at Trianz. This role requires a seasoned Java professional who can architect scalable solutions, lead technical initiatives, and mentor development teams while ensuring seamless integration with AWS observability services.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance Java-based connectors for AWS observability services (CloudWatch, X-Ray, OpenSearch, Managed Grafana).
• Define technical roadmap and implementation strategies for data observability solutions.
• Lead code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Drive technical decision-making for architecture, frameworks, and tooling.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability requirements.
  • Project Delivery
  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of connector components and integration modules.
  • Manage technical debt and optimize existing codebase for performance.
  • Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within quality parameters.

    • Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 developers.
    • Conduct technical interviews and contribute to team building.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and technical training.
    • Performance management and career development of team members.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE, MTech, or MCA in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-12 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in technical leadership role.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Java 11+ and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
• Strong experience with AWS services, particularly CloudWatch, X-Ray, EventBridge, Kinesis.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and streaming applications.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
