We’re Hiring: SR Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Cloud Integrator Inc., Gachibowli, Hyderabad (onsite)
Experience: 7 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing Bench Consultants, submitting profiles to clients, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for US staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Market available Bench Consultants to vendors and clients.
- Maintain regular interaction with vendors and build strong relationships.
- Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate submissions.
- Maintain a database of candidates, vendors, and requirements.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in Bench Sales for US staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing and consulting processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (Gachibowli, Hyderabad).
