You will be responsible for strategically marketing and selling our bench of pre-vetted IT consultants to our US client base and prime vendors. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role perfect for a sales-minded recruiter who thrives on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell our bench consultants to clients and prime vendors.
- Generate new business leads through strategic cold calling and relationship building.
- Match consultant profiles to client job requirements and negotiate rates.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful placement.
We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or IT Recruitment.
- A proven track record of meeting sales/placement targets.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market and in-demand skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
