Responsibilities:

Craft clear requirements: Defining the scope, user stories/requirements, creating comprehensive requirement deliverables, conducting research and analysis, facilitating workshops and meetings, developing business cases.

Analyze business processes : Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, tools, workflows, and pain points. Articulate the AS-IS and TO-BE processes with clarity. Identify opportunity areas for automation

Identify tools and technologies : Work with internal IT and third party vendors to identify potential tech solutions to solve business problems, carry out research of these tools, conduct comparative assessments, run proof of concepts (POC's), develop point of view for decision making

Functional product management : Have responsibility for a set of technology solutions from a functional product ownership perspective including influencing the product road map, pushing adoption, tracking product success metrics, supporting product industrialisation, working with procurement, vendors and IT to onboard selects products

Implement automation solutions : Configure and implement automation solutions using platforms like MS Power platform, low code no code tools for workflow, IDP and gen AI solutions

Project management and change management: Manage projects and engagements in the automation and tech implementation domain. Manage change management in these projects

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) with relevant work experience.

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Configurator, and Project Manager in automation projects.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Creative thinker with a focus on achieving results.

Adept in various requirement gathering techniques like brainstorming, user interviews, workshops.

Passionate about driving change and continuous improvement.

Certifications (Good to have):

CBAP, Business Analytics, Product Owner, or Project Management certifications.

Technical Skills:

Intelligent Automation Tools (Required): In-depth experience with at least one segment of intelligent automation tools like MS Power Automate, BPM, RPA, IDP/OCR, low code no code tools or Gen AI.

Programming Languages (Preferred): Proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA is a significant advantage.

Data & Business Analytics (Preferred): Exposure to business and data analytics is a plus.
