Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our client's team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will also play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records

- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations

- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships

- Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- CPA or equivalent certification preferred

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
