Additionally, we offer value-added services such as pitch deck creation and investment readiness packs to enhance investor engagement. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of experience. The Semi-Qualified CA will be responsible for assisting with fundraising strategies, IPO consulting, and M&A transaction advisory services. Day-to-day tasks include financial analysis, report preparation, stakeholder coordination, and compliance monitoring. The role also involves working closely with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of projects.
