Job Summary

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and experience managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave management
  • Handle employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback collection
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
