Job Summary We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist at HighRadius to play a pivotal role in driving our organisational learning and development initiatives. This role involves extensive interaction with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop targeted learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness and ROI of these initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating impactful learning experiences, facilitating training programs, and building a pipeline of internal facilitators through Train the Trainer programs. Key Responsibilities Scoping Learning Requirements: ● Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including department heads, business leaders, and Employee Engagement partners, to understand and identify learning needs within the organization. ● Conduct detailed needs assessments to determine skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee performance. Creating Learning Content and Experiences: ● Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions tailored to the specific needs of the business. ● Ensure learning content is engaging, interactive, and applicable to real-world scenarios in product development. Measuring Training Effectiveness and ROI: ● Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on business performance. ● Conduct regular analysis of training data to determine the ROI of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement. ● Present insights and recommendations to senior management based on training outcomes and effectiveness. In-Person and Classroom Facilitation: ● Facilitate in-person and classroom training sessions, ensuring an interactive and conducive learning environment that caters to different learning styles.
