Position: Regional Sales & Marketing Head Location: Delhi Work Experience: 1-3 years in Plastic Industry Salary : Negotiable (Based of Face-to-Face Interview) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled marketing professional with a strong understanding of the plastic industry and B2B marketing principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for traveling PAN India for site visits. The role involves overseeing market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations activities on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other commercial aspects with customers. Prepare sales reports and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral. Travel frequently across PAN India for site & plant visits to meet new and existing clients for sales & marketing purpose. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the plastic industry Willingness to travel frequently across India for site visits and plant visits.
