Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in gathering requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), Miro, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Pendo, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

- Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes using Miro.

Project Management & Agile Methodologies :

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups.

- Manage and track requirements using Azure DevOps (ADO).

- Ensure clear and effective communication between business, development, and QA teams.

AEM & Pendo Implementation Support :

- Work closely with developers and designers to implement digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Utilize Pendo to analyze user behavior and optimize customer experiences.

- Define and track KPIs for product adoption, user engagement, and feature performance.

SDLC & Quality Assurance Support :

- Ensure requirements align with technical feasibility and project timelines.

- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback to development teams.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and propose solutions to improve SDLC processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation :

- Serve as a bridge between business users, product teams, and technical teams.

- Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).

- Document workflows, system interactions, and change management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.

- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking.

-Hands-on experience with Miro for process mapping, wireframing, and collaboration.

- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content and digital experience management.

- Proficiency in Pendo for product analytics, user behavior tracking, and feature adoption insights.

- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification.

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles, API integrations, and data visualization tools.

- Prior experience in e-commerce, finance, healthcare, or digital transformation projects. (ref:hirist.tech)
