Job Title: Business Analyst Department: K4K Job Summary: The Business Analyst (BA) serves as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The BA is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and ensuring that these are translated into functional solutions. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to deliver business improvements and technological enhancements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. o Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements. o Analyze and document business processes and workflows. 2. Documentation: o Develop clear and detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process models. o Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Solution Design and Validation: o Work with the Development team to design solutions that meet business requirements. o Validate solutions through testing and ensure they meet business needs. o Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements. 4. Stakeholder Communication: o Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team. o Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. o Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. 5. Project Support: o Support project management in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. o Assist in the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 6. Continuous Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. o Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. · Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. · Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Experience in ERP Domains such as HR, Finance, Operations o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio. o Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools is a plus. o Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Competencies: · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. · Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
