Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning across all regional offices.
- Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and development programs.
- Ensure labor law and HR policy compliance across the organization.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and continuous improvement efforts.
- Advise leadership on structure, succession planning, and change management.
- Mentor regional HR teams to ensure consistency and excellence in operations.
- Coordinate with investors, agencies, and auditors for strategic HR alignment.
A Typical Day In This Role
Your day begins by connecting with regional HR managers to review recruitment activities and address urgent staffing needs. Youll analyze workforce trends to improve engagement and retention, while also collaborating with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. Throughout the day, you'll oversee policy development, ensure legal compliance, resolve complex employee relations issues, and support talent management programs. Later, you may evaluate compensation structures, plan training initiatives, or report updates to the executive board. This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on leadership, fostering a thriving and compliant organizational culture nationwide.

In this role, you will master national-scale HR strategies such as talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
