Role:First Principles Content is a social media marketing company that helps business owners grow and sell on social media. We are looking for a skilled, hard-working, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team for a long-term role.You will specialize in editing short-form social media videos for Instagram and TikTok. You understand how to create engaging content that aligns with trends, incorporates strong hooks, delivers value, and maintains a high-quality, polished aesthetic. You’ll help our clients across multiple niches stand out on social media with viral-worthy content.Position Information:Remote JobFlexible Hours – Work at your convenience as long as deadlines are met.Part-Time – Workload varies but will involve editing multiple videos each month.Recurring Role – This is a long-term, project-based role.Pay – INR 800-1000 per video, including thumbnail creation, with potential bonuses for exceptional performance.Scope – Depending on how much you can take up, you have the capacity to create upto 100 short form videos every month. Bonus -- INR 1000 if your video has 5x views than account's following, INR 2500 if your video has 10x views than account's followingResponsibilities:Edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) with a focus on high engagement and shareability.Deliver high-quality work under a high-stakes environment, meeting deadlines consistently.Create visually compelling thumbnails for each video as part of the deliverable.Ensure each video includes:A strong hook (what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds).High-quality transitions, effects, and pacing that aligns with the latest trends.Precise execution of every detail as outlined in the script or brief.A final polished product tailored to the target audience.Maintain attention to detail and incorporate feedback promptlyRequirements:Experience with Video Editing – You have experience creating and editing engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.Proficiency in Editing Software – Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.Understanding of Social Media Trends – You know how to make videos that resonate with audiences.Ability to Work Under Pressure – You thrive in a high-stakes environment with tight deadlines.Thumbnails Expertise – You can design attractive and relevant thumbnails that enhance click-through rates.Attention to Detail – You consistently follow instructions to the letter, ensuring all script and brief details are executed perfectly.Reliable Communication – You respond promptly and meet deadlines.Self-Motivated – You can work independently and adapt to feedback quickly.Consistency – You’re looking for a stable, recurring role with a reliable workload.To Apply:If this sounds like the perfect role for you, please fill out this quick form to apply Link to application: https://forms.gle/1U2zFgQstEo6mWCe8(Please not this is the ONLY way we are accepting applications)We’ll review applications by 30th August 2025 and get in touch if you’re a great fit.
