Job Description
Job Description: Subject Matter Expert(SME) // Team Lead (TL) - US Mortgage

Location: Mangalore

Work Arrangement: On-site / 100% WFO

Experience : Min 3.8 yr for SME // Min 6-7 year relevant exp and Should be on paper TL with 1 to 2 years of team handling experience.

Shift: US Shift (from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM ) // Cab facility will be there.

Skills : Any skills in US Mortgage will be acceptable.(Candidates Must be from US Mortgage industry)

Education : Any graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred)

Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Thorough understanding of process flow and excellent process knowledge.
  • Work independently and adhere to timelines.
  • Act accordingly on ad hoc requests or challenging situations based on business/internal requirements.
  • Prepare Quality Dashboards and share with the respective Internal Stakeholder.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and prepare reports on team progress.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Manage BQM (Bottom quartile management) Users and support on improvement.
  • Foster innovation and support new hires to settle down with zero attrition.
