Education: MBA (Marketing/Strategy/Technology Management preferred) + B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy MBA graduate to join our pre-sales and customer-facing product team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our solutions can solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive demos for prospective clients, both online and in person.
  • Support the pre-sales lifecycle including technical qualification, solutioning, and proof of concept setup.
  • Translate complex technical features into easy-to-understand business value.
  • Participate in RFP responses, solution documents, and technical proposals.
  • Collect feedback during customer interactions and relay insights to the product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities, roadmap, and competitor landscape.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or prior experience in pre-sales, customer success, product management, or business consulting.
  • Exposure to tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or demo automation platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or modern web applications is a plus.
