Job Overview: The Account Executive will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career in accounting. Key Responsibilities: Record and post journal entries for sales, purchases, and expenses, along with preparing appropriate vouchers. Maintain and operate Tally Prime efficiently for day-to-day accounting activities. Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and Cash Flow Statements accurately and on time. Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and PT (Professional Tax) payments and return filings, ensuring proper journal entries are passed. Prepare and file GST returns , maintaining a sound understanding of GST compliance and regulations . Draft and manage professional business emails related to accounting operations and client communication. Conduct regular follow-ups with debtors to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow. Keep management informed with timely updates on accounting activities and financial matters. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance (required). Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred, though recent graduates with strong skills in Tally Prime and MS Office are also encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Working Conditions: Full-time, on-site position. Office Timings – 10 AM to 6.30 PM. Competitive salary and benefits package.
