About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Lead (Pre-Sales) to anchor our solutioning efforts in the domains of digital transformation, smart cities and IT infrastructure. The role demands a blend of technical depth, customer-facing ability, and commercial acumen to craft winning proposals, solution designs, and delivery plans aligned to customer requirements.

- Analyze and evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and customer requirements to formulate tailored solution strategies.

- Proposal development and presentations, contributing to both the technical and strategic narrative.

- Locate & Reach out to external and internal partners, and collaboratively develop the proposal.

- Construct end-to-end technical architectures, covering infrastructure, integrations application stacks, and deployment models.

- Develop detailed work breakdown structures, effort estimations, commercial and project timelines.

- Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, senior executives, and internal leadership during pre-sales cycles.

Technical Responsibilities

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional IoT/AI solution designs. Define solution architectures including IoT sensors/devices, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and AI components.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and vendors to meet project needs. Develop technical documentation including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and integration plans.

- Recommend and implement AI models for specific use cases (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, image recognition). 

- Ensure compliance with national cybersecurity and data privacy regulations (e.g., NCA, SDAIA).

Commercial Responsibilities:

- Prepare the technical and commercial sections of RFP responses and proposals. Estimate solution costs including Bill of Materials (BoM), licensing, infrastructure, and services.

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate quotations.

- Support business development and sales teams in crafting value propositions and technical presentations.

- Contribute to commercial slide decks showcasing the proposed solution, benefits, and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications.

- Solution knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Internet of Things.

Certifications (Preferred/Any):

- Certified IoT Professional (CIoTP) or equivalent.

- AI/ML certifications such as:

- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer.

- AWS Certified Machine Learning.

- IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate.

- Cloud IoT platforms: AWS IoT, Azure IoT, GCP IoT Core.

Professional Experience:

- Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, or managing AI and IoT solutions with hands-on experience with: IoT communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LwM2M).

- AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).

- Edge computing and Edge AI deployment. Experience working in cross-functional teams (networking, cybersecurity, data platforms, business development).

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Vertical Head for strategic direction and alignment with organizational goals.
