RMT has a dedicated team, including  Data Scientists, Senior Solution Architects, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, and highly skilled developers , we deliver cutting-edge solutions to industries such as  Travel, Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, Legal and e-Commerce .
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the positions of  AVP/VP - Sales  to spearhead our growth in both international and domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.  Strategic Sales Leadership:
• Drive sales strategies and initiatives for IT products, services, and projects, including  Generative AI and ML-based solutions  like OptiML-QMS, OptiML-BOT, and customized contact center analytics.
• Develop and execute robust plans to penetrate new markets and enhance the existing customer base.
2.  Client Acquisition:
• Independently generate new business opportunities via  cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and existing/previous personal contacts , with a primary focus on client acquisition.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and CXOs across industries.
3.  Revenue Growth:
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and delivery of tailored IT solutions.
• Leverage deep understanding of client needs to propose impactful solutions from our diverse portfolio of  AI/ML, cloud, and analytics services .
4.  Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the internal product, delivery, and technical teams to design customized client solutions.
• Represent RMT Engineering at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our technical capabilities.
5.  Market Intelligence:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and leverage them to improve offerings and refine sales strategies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
•  Proven Experience:
Minimum  15-17 years  of experience in IT services sales, with a successful track record in selling  software solutions, IT projects, and products .
•  Business Development Skills:
Demonstrated ability to generate business independently through  personal networks and proactive outreach methods without reliance on lead generation campaigns.
•  Technical Acumen:
Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies like  Generative AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Solutions, and Microservices Architecture .
•  Communication Excellence:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex technical solutions effectively.
•  Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
