About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Ops & Supply Chain Lead to manage end-to-end operations for all our business channels. This includes marketplaces (Amazon, Cred), quick commerce (Zepto, Instamart, etc.), internal order fulfillment, suppliers, and 3PL partners. You'll play a key role in building efficient processes, managing teams, and ensuring seamless delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain & operations across all channels: marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C, corporate, and internal orders.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, inventory planning, and warehouse operations to ensure timely dispatch and minimal stockouts.
  • Handle supplier relationships, including procurement planning, negotiations, and ensuring quality & delivery timelines.
  • Drive 3PL selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring to maintain SLAs & optimize costs.
  • Lead operations teams, set clear KPIs, and build strong accountability frameworks.
  • Coordinate with marketplace teams (Amazon, Cred, etc.) for demand planning, inventory health, and performance optimization.
  • Streamline quick commerce supply chain processes for platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, etc.
  • Build and improve SOPs to scale operations efficiently while maintaining strong unit economics.
  • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks proactively, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Support new channel launches and offline expansion from an operational readiness perspective.
