InnovateMR API Data Specialist Description:

The primary focus of this position is to assist with data reviewing, identifying trends, and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues within suppliers and clients from the Client Connect portfolio.

This role will learn QuickSight and Edge platforms and work closely with the Client Connect Technical/Product Team to address issues and drive top-level data reporting and action recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Learn QuickSight and Edge for data pulling and analysis as needed.
    • Analyze and report internally to the Client Connect Team, identifying trends and actions.
    • Data Validation and Troubleshooting by monitoring API connections, focusing on high terminations, off-targeting, successful revenue generation.
    • Data Mapping as needed.
    • Oversee and manage question data library.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work with Project Managers, adding new questions, translations, new markets, etc.
    • Daily performance reporting as needed.
    • Update weekly client performance report noting key changes over the previous week.
    • Manage supplier performance reports and identify trends (good and bad).
    • Closely communicate with the Client Connect Technical Team to address reports, gaps, and other findings that require help.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, computer science, information technology, data science, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in market research is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and resourceful.
  • Must adhere to the highest level of customer satisfaction standards in the industry.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to thrive in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment.
  • A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and adept at using technological resources, including Excel and web-based survey tools.
